There seems to be a stalemate between the open Lake temps and the trib water temps thanks to the relatively mild winter. Flows in the Oak are restored thru the turbine channel. A dropping and clearing water scenario is a contrast for what youd rather see as rising or high flows for best chances at fresh fish migrations.
